1. How Do I get Registration?
You can register yourself by visiting the portal at https://nplt.in. You can see “My Account” link on the right side of the home page. Click on “My Account” and then “Register” to go to registration page.
In order to purchase or willing to contribute resource to NPLT, user must register online with NPLT portal.
Simple user registration form with some (* compulsory fields) for entities
There are six types of user registration:
Currently registration open for three types of user
1- Individual User
2- Indian Academic Researcher
3- Indian Startup
For the rest three group of user, registration will open soon that is
4- Indian MSME
5- International Researcher
6- MNC / Foreign Entity / Other

1. How to Individual user register on Portal ?
Step1: Click on Registration Link
Step2: Choose user type individual user
Step3: Fill the required details
Step4: Enter your mobile no. Do the OTP Verification
Step5: Registration complete
1.1- What are the documents required to register as a Individual user?
Information required for registration of International academic researchers are - First Name, Last Name, official email id, Mobile / Cell number.
2. How To Indian Academic Researcher Register on Portal?
Step2: Choose user type Indian Academic Researcher
Step3: Fill the details & upload Institute Photo I-Card
Step5: Admin checks your details, I-card & activate Your Account
Step6: Registration complete now login & Download
2.1 What are the documents required to register as a researcher?
Information required by Indian academic researchers - First Name, Last Name, official email id, Mobile / Cell number and ID card issued by research organization/ institute, professor/ guide name.
3. How To Indian startups Register on Portal?
Step2: Choose user type Indian Startup
Step3: Fill All the details & upload required document
Step5: Admin checks your details & activate Your Account
Step6: Registration complete now login & Proceed
3.1 What are the documents required to register as a StartUp user?
Information required specific to startup is “Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion (DIPP) number”. Other information is as needed (Eg. Name, Email, Contact number) for other category of users.
The dashboard is segregated into different sections as below :

3. Download count of top ten resources
4. User group wise order history
5. Total no. of resources,users & orders
