Cancellation, Return and Refund policy

       This policy is applicable only to the registered user(s) of NPLT portal and they have successfully purchased resource(s) (also called purchaser) by making payment on NPLT portal.

Cancellation Policy

       1. Due to the nature of the resources available on NPLT, we cannot honour any cancellations in the purchases made by the user(s).

       2. Users are advised to evaluate/ try the resource(s) available on NPLT before purchasing the same.

       3.  Once the user purchases any resource from the portal, the order will not be cancelled in any circumstances.

       4. There will be no refund of the payment in any case.

Return Policy

1. There will be no refund of the payment in case the purchaser returns the resource back to NPL

      2. Due to the nature of resource(s), all the resource(s) purchased from C-DAC through NPLT portal are non-returnable.

Refund Policy

1. There will be no refund of the payment in any case

       2. All resources purchased from C-DAC through NPLT are non-refundable.

Jurisdiction of dispute(s)

All the disputes/ legal matters will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of law in Pune,Maharashtra,India only.
